Gamified business

We gamify a company’s internal processes

We work together with the HR team to design in-company dynamics that boost team motivation and coordination. They increase productivity, strengthen team building and prevent early turnover.

What can be gamified?

1. Team onboarding

The first few months are when most employees leave a company. Gamified onboarding turns joining the company into a journey with clear missions: getting to know the team, understanding the company culture and taking the first steps in the role. New hires integrate sooner, feel part of the team from day one, and early turnover drops. If what you need is the training side of onboarding, see Gamified training.

2. Production

Day-to-day tasks and production, sales or customer service goals become challenges with visible progress and recognition. Everyone knows at all times what’s expected of them and how far they are from getting there, which boosts productivity and engagement without adding pressure.

3. Employee satisfaction

A motivated team works better and stays longer. Gamification helps recognize effort, celebrate achievements, drive wellbeing challenges and healthy habits, and listen to the team through surveys people actually want to answer. The result is more satisfied, more committed employees.

4. Team building

Team challenges and dynamics that improve trust, communication and coordination between colleagues and departments. Unlike a one-off activity, gamification keeps that team spirit alive day to day. If you’re looking for an activity for a specific event, see Gamified events.

Goals and measurement: gamified business KPIs

To know whether gamifying internal processes works, you have to measure it. These are the main KPIs we work with alongside the HR team:

  • Early turnover: what percentage of new hires leave the company in their first months.
  • Productivity: how much the team produces in the same amount of time, based on each role’s own metrics.
  • Employee satisfaction (eNPS): measured with anonymous satisfaction surveys before and after gamifying.
  • Goal completion: what percentage of production, sales or customer service goals are reached.
  • Participation in the activities: what percentage of the workforce takes an active part in optional activities.
