What data we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and we don't collect any payment data.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry. We don't use it for any other commercial purpose, and we don't sell or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the site itself, listed below.
Third parties involved
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): hosts this site and sits in front of it as a CDN/security layer, so it necessarily processes the IP address and basic connection data of every visitor to serve the page — this runs regardless of the cookie choice below, as it's needed to deliver the site at all.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com): processes the contact form submission so it can reach us by email, without needing our own server. It only receives what you type into the form.
- Google Analytics: usage analytics (page views, traffic sources). Only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown when you first visit — see Cookies below.
- Metricool: usage analytics (page views, traffic sources), used alongside Google Analytics for our own reporting. Only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown when you first visit — see Cookies below.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months since the last contact.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to the processing of your data at any time by writing to hello@ludogic.dev.
Cookies
This site uses a single piece of local storage to remember your choice about analytics cookies, and, if you accept, Google Analytics' and Metricool's own cookies. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this site, or by clearing this site's data from your browser settings.
